Who are we? It’s hard not to feel dizzy when faced with the impossible answer. So instead, and more simply, how do we live? What do we say YES to on a daily basis, in the place where we live?

Since August 2024, humans and non-humans alike have been living in ‘La Baronne’ – the company’s new home in Saint-Michel-de-Vax, a small village of 70 inhabitants in the Tarn region of France.
Just like the shows we create, we want this place to be in motion, to allow us to create an energy of research around poetry and the living. It’s all about meeting new people, sharing expertise and trying new things as the seasons go by. It’s also about finding out how art can be the backbone of a living space that’s open and aware of the issues of our time. It’s about taking care of our intuitions and dreams in an attempt to deal with reality.

Today, carpenters, dry-stone masons and local craftsmen are working to rebuild this site, which dates back to 1830. We were also able to plant the future fruit trees with the neighbouring residents. This hybrid of animal habitat, research and rehearsal room, construction and ceramics workshops, music studio and reception area is largely self-financed by the company.
